Our outpatient clinic offers primary care and specialty health services, including mental health care. Through our community partners we provide treatment and workshops for addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma. If you are struggling with anger or trauma, our partners offer counseling and other support services.
If you have PTSD or Seizures, we are now providing physician directed medical marijuana services.

Medical Marijuana
Has been chosen to be beneficial in some patients. Cost for Medical Certification by licensed physician is $125. We also offer a Veterans Discount.

Office Appointment hours every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 12 to 5 pm, Walk-Ins are welcomed. Virtual appointments are available Monday- Friday by appointment only.

Your information goes to the State Registry
Once your condition is certified we upload your information to the State Registry for evaluation. Once approved the State will send your card to your local health department. Your medical card is valid for 2 years.
