Dr. Lenore T. Coleman
Dr. Lenore T. Coleman received her Bachelor of Arts from Revelle College, University of California, San Diego and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed an ASHP approved residency in Ambulatory Care at the USC School of Pharmacy.
Dr. Coleman has been a practicing pharmacist for over 45 years and has worked as a clinical pharmacist in Acute Care, Ambulatory Care, Long Term Care, and Community Pharmacy settings. Within each of these practices, Dr. Coleman has focused on the care and management of people with diabetes.
A recognized expert in the areas of Diabetes, Cardiovascular risk-reduction as well as medication adherence, Dr. Coleman has numerous publications in these areas and presents at both national and international forums. Dr. Coleman founded HOV Clinical Research – www.hovclinicalresearch.com that provides minority recruitment of clinical trials in the United States, Costa Rica and throughout Africa and the Caribbean.

Xavier Bryant, Pharm.D.
Dr. Xavier Bryant, PharmD, RPh, is an accomplished healthcare leader with diverse experience in pharmacy, public health, and healthcare consulting. Dr. Bryant is the pharmacy coordinator for the MSM HEAL clinic, where he oversees medication management and ensures quality care for underserved communities. As the owner of Rx Meds Pharmacy, he leads efforts to provide accessible and personalized pharmaceutical care.
Dr. Bryant has been instrumental in the COVID-19 response, collaborating with institutions such as Duke University, Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM), and Emory University. His work during the pandemic included facilitating vaccine distribution, coordinating community health initiatives, and supporting healthcare institutions in managing the public health crisis.
With a deep commitment to medication therapy management, Dr. Bryant has helped patients and healthcare providers optimize treatment plans for improved health outcomes. His passion for advancing patient care and empowering the pharmacy profession continues to drive his contributions to healthcare, both locally and nationally.

Engaging communicator and relationship builder with expertise in organizational planning, multimillion-dollar capital projects, contract negotiations, team development, and increasing visibility for growth. He also developed and executed a telehealth strategy that increased virtual patient consultations by 200% within the first six months, expanding access to care during the COVID-19 pandemic for laboratories throughout the United States
